About this space

The Mirda-Yoont (orange) room combines two spaces to create one large area with both kitchen and balcony access and is ideal for large celebrations, weddings, performances, dancing or exercise activities that require more space!

The City has a full microphone set up with multiple microphones for use and an AV rack in this main hall.

An exceptional venue. Great space for our World Travel Bazaar. Excellent audio visual screen, good light with natural bush land outlook. All we required with tables, chairs and kitchen facilities.

The space itself was a delightful place to have a function and all attendees enjoyed the atmosphere and the fact the verandas looked out onto the bush. Access to the kitchen worked well and it was clean and ready for use. The process of hiring was easy, and even changing the day/date was completed easily. Picking up keys /passcode before the event was also without hassle. BUT despite my ringing after I read the paperwork, to enquire about WiFi passwords, and being told none were required, they were in fact needed and this caused issues on the night. Also we left the hired plates/glasses the day before, a requirement as the function was Saturday and this in itself was not an issue, I also left coffee grounds and 2 types of milk with glasses, which had disappeared by Saturday. Not impressed by this theft.

Sorry you had trouble with the WiFi connection, we've had assurance from our IT dept that it doesn't need a password to connect to the network, so we're sorry that it didn't work for you. Please accept our apologies for the loss of the items you left in the fridge, as this is a shared space this can sometimes happen.
