This venue is not available to be hired for high-risk events (including 16th, 18th, and 21st birthday parties)
All keys must be collected from the City of Kalamunda during working hours and before 5 PM. Failure to collect your key pack may result in a call-out fee being deducted from your bond.
A refundable key/Hall bond will be applied at the time of hire
No animals/pets allowed
No glitter or Confetti allowed
No balloons or decorations are to be left anywhere in the Facility
The hirer of the facility must supply their own cutlery, crockery and groceries for their booking and remove these items at the termination of the Hire Period for the facility hired
Strictly no smoking
Cleaning equipment and products are not supplied
CLEANING
The area/s of use should be left in a clean and tidy condition immediately after use to ensure other Hirers are not disadvantaged. Failure to observe this will result in the Hirer being billed for additional cleaning. Please note: Cleaning products not supplied.
