Book the Inspection Space for a self-guided viewing of the Darlington Lesser Hall.
Request to meet with an officer onsite for the inspection by answering the booking questions (subject to officer availability).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
📌When hiring the Darlington LESSER HALL a mandatory bond of $500 applies. Not applicable to for the self-guided inspection.
📌Furniture is permanently kept in the Lesser Hall. Please do not move the furniture.

Rules
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time.
When hiring the Darlington LESSER HALL a mandatory bond of $500 applies, plus a non-refundable admin fee of $11. The bond will be held against your nominated credit/debit card three days prior to the event date, and will be released three days afterwards, subject to a satisfactory inspection.
The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.
The venue must be left in a clean and tidy state.

Three accessible parking bays at the rear of the venue and one general car bay
Small amount of marked car parking bays along Owen Rd, however these are not exclusive to users of the Hall and cannot be booked
Verge parking along Pine Terrace extending down along the Darlington Oval
