About this space
This large, grassed reserve in Hastings is primarily a sports ground. Home to the Western Rangers Football Club, it is a popular football venue in winter, while in summer fields are marked for summer football.
Three senior football fields are marked from March to September.
Six summer football fields are marked from October to February.
The park can also be booked for other events, such as cross countries, school sports days and fitness bootcamps.
On the Southampton Street side, the park now features a dual toilet, off-street carparking and an upgraded playground, which has been designed to complement the playcentre’s new facility that is currently being built. The playground reflects our district’s agriculture sector with its custom stock truck, the farm scene and cow rocker. Public toilets are opened daily at the playground.
The entrances to the park are off Francis Hicks Ave, Townshend St and Southampton St.

No bouncy castles/large inflatables at Cornwall Park, Havelock North Village Green, and Flaxmere Park and with all other parks hirer needs special permission
