About this space
The grounds surrounding the Azelia Ley Homestead Museum are a popular location for wedding ceremonies and photos.
The heritage listed residence was built in the early 1900s and provides a rich insight into local Cockburn history.
Making a booking at this space is notification of Usage only. As a park or reserve is a public open space, the City cannot restrict the use of an area to any one group. Please refer to the Parks Usage FAQ’s and Parks Usage Terms & Conditions. A $1 booking fee is applicable however this will be refunded upon approval.
Park Usage Notification is encouraged to enable us to manage multiple bookings at the same space.
Depending on what amusements you are bringing into the park, a bond may be applicable.

Rules
A booking is required to use the grounds surrounding the homestead for wedding ceremonies, or other gatherings;
Food and drinks cannot be consumed on the verandas or steps of the homestead, due to the historical nature of the building;
Use of flower petals on the reserve and gardens is permitted as they are biodegradable. Any petals on pathways will need to be swept away at the conclusion of your ceremony. Petals cannot be sprinkled over the veranda;
Vehicle access cannot be provided to the side or rear of the homestead;
Unavailable times for weddings or other gatherings at the Azelia Ley Homestead Gardens - Sundays from 12.30pm till 5.30pm due to the museum's opening hours;
