- A booking is required to use the grounds surrounding the homestead for wedding ceremonies, or other gatherings;
- Food and drinks cannot be consumed on the verandas or steps of the homestead, due to the historical nature of the building;
- Use of flower petals on the reserve and gardens is permitted as they are biodegradable. Any petals on pathways will need to be swept away at the conclusion of your ceremony. Petals cannot be sprinkled over the veranda;
- Vehicle access cannot be provided to the side or rear of the homestead;
- Unavailable times for weddings or other gatherings at the Azelia Ley Homestead Gardens - Sundays from 12.30pm till 5.30pm due to the museum's opening hours;
