Overall it was a good experience. The only improvement that could be made is the bin situations. There are not enough bins in the hall and the outside bins were nearly full from the event that was on before mine. I didn't know that there weren't many bins and didn't bring any bin bags! Also, both the female and male toilets weren't very clean and smelled badly like urine.

Our overall experience was pretty good. The tables and chairs were pretty dirty and there were no cloths or cleaning products to clean them. One heater also didn't work! Other than that, the security person was really nice, the bins weren't full like last time and the opening and closing went smoothly!

Unfortunately, no-one arrived to let us in. We had to scramble around to get hold of someone to come and let us in. I was not happy that security did not turn up. I have made an official complaint to the Tree Tea Gully about the situation. They are in investigating. I am not a happy customer.
