SpacetoCo Host since July 2025The Geraldton Regional Library is a lively community hub that provides several spaces for hire. The Randolph Stow Meeting Rooms are accessible friendly spaces ideal to be used for support groups, activities, meetings, exams, corporate training, workshops, classes and specialist events. With access to public toilets on the main floor, the rooms are fully carpeted with built in whiteboards and acoustic board panels.

About this space
The Randolph Stow Meeting Room 1 is a flexible space suited for training, workshops or meetings.

The meeting room accommodates:
Up to 15 people seated at tables or
Up to 25 people standing or seated theatre – style.
Room dimensions are: 7m x 4.5m
The meeting room hire includes:
Chairs and tables
Free WiFi
Air - conditioning
Wall mounted and portable whiteboards
Overhead projector and screen
HDMI connection port. You are required to bring your own device & HDMI cord.
Electric kettle
Crockery and Cutlery available.
Tea & coffee. Milk is not provided.

Rules
Venues must be pre-booked. Bookings are confirmed only after email confirmation is issued by the Library via SpacetoCo. Please be aware that bookings made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking fee applies, if cancelled less than 2 working days prior to booking.
Set up of Meeting Rooms is the responsibility of the user;
Food and drink may be consumed in the Meeting Rooms, however catering is not provided or organised by the Library and the hirer is fully responsible to ensure all appropriate licenses and security are in place, if alcohol is consumed on City property.
Meeting Rooms must be left, as they are found;
• Desks returned to original configuration.
• All rubbish to be placed in bins provided.
• All dirty dishes placed on the trolley.
• Sink area is wiped down.
• No food or drink to be left in the fridge.
Equipment such as whiteboards must be cleaned.
Technical issues are the responsibility of the user.
The hirer is fully responsible to ensure all appropriate licenses and security are in place, if alcohol is consumed on City property.
The hirer is responsible for the function and indemnifies the City in the case of an accident or damage to any parts of the Library, building and its contents. The hirer will be responsible for making good any damage, including payment of a facilities fee.
All City of Greater Geraldton operations, including the use of community facilities, must adhere to the City’s Safety Management Plan (SMP). The SMP is available on the City’s website - Supplier Information » City of Greater Geraldton

Free all day parking is available at the Geraldton Regional Library in Carpark 2, off Chapman Road.
