About this space

The QEII Upper Hall is a large, flexible venue located in the heart of Geraldton’s CBD, ideal for community events, birthday celebrations, training sessions, social gatherings and more. With a capacity of up to 300 seated, it’s one of the largest hireable spaces within the QEII Seniors & Community Centre. For comfort and layout flexibility, bookings are recommended to cap at 250–300 guests.

This light-filled space features a stage, dance floor, reverse-cycle air conditioning, alfresco area, and access to a fully equipped commercial kitchen. The hall also includes tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glassware, lectern and microphone. The venue is accessible and offers free on-site and ACROD parking.

CANCELLATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS

  • Cancellation or adjustment made within 15-30 days before the event will incur a charge of 20% of the hire fee.
  • Cancellation or adjustment made within 8-14 days before the event will incur a charge of 50% of the hire fee.

  • Cancellation or adjustment made within 7 days before the event will incur a charge of 100% of the hire fee.

Any damages or additional cleaning will be charged to the hirer

Additional details

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 7 days before your booking. After that, there are no refunds on cancellation.

There is sufficient free parking available adjacent to the QEII Seniors & Community Centre, including ACROD parking bays directly next to the building.
