The QEII Meeting Room is a bright, flexible space located next to the patio at the QEII Seniors & Community Centre in Geraldton’s CBD. This space is perfect for meetings, training sessions, workshops, and community group gatherings, offering a quieter, more focused environment with easy access to shared amenities.

With room for up to 40 guests depending on the layout, the Meeting Room includes tables and chairs, whiteboard, lectern, and shared kitchen access. It’s a versatile option for both professional and community use.

$500 (no alcohol)

$1,000 (with alcohol)

CANCELLATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS

• Cancellation or adjustment made within 15-30 days before the event will incur a charge of 20% of the hire fee.

• Cancellation or adjustment made within 8-14 days before the event will incur a charge of 50% of the hire fee.

• Cancellation or adjustment made within 7 days before the event will incur a charge of 100% of the hire fee.
