Security arrived 30–40 minutes later than our booked time, which caused significant difficulties with our setup and resulted in our event starting late. At the end of the event, the security staff also did not arrive as expected. We waited outside for more than an hour after the event had finished, but they still did not turn up, so we had to leave the stadium. The stadium and function hall facilities could also be improved by providing adequate heating, as the venue was quite cold.
