Always clean and convenient ,enough parking . Even though unmanned ,Ive never had a problem.

The Dining Room was an excellent space for our Subiaco Probus meeting. It is large with plenty of tables and chairs and still enough space for morning tea to be laid out. It was quiet in spite of the children's ballet class next door (not sure Zumba would have been as quiet) and our members had no problem hearing the speakers.
