A good input from Spacetoco due to Dates being wrong, all was re-booked through Spacetoco for the Meeting Room.

Had 2 move a few tables to facilitate more room for people laying down on the mats for my sound healing. I had 10 people in the room 12 maybe a bit of a squeeze. But will change how people lay on the next hiring of the room. The login for the alarm says the number then off, I couldn’t find no off button. To set alarm back was straight forward. Did receive a reminder to say that key was overdue but...

The meeting room was adequate for our use, apart from some of the chairs being taken by the Carpet Bowls group. Being our first time hiring the room, it was a bit difficult finding our allocated number of chairs for our members. Maybe this needs to be mentioned to a group that uses the place all the time, so occasional hirers don't have to search the other rooms for chairs?
