Hammon Park Creswick - Event Spaces to Hire

Situated in the heart of the gold rush-era township of Creswick, just 18 kilometres from the centre of Ballarat, Hammon Park is a unique and versatile outdoor space that offers event planners an array of options. It serves as the trailhead for the newly opened Djuwang Baring (Creswick Trails) – a 60-kilometre network of mountain bike trails that traverse the rugged landscapes around Creswick. However, with a wide range of amenities on site, Hammon Park is a recreational destination in and of itself.

The 2.5-hectare fully landscaped precinct features a bitumen pump track and cycling jumps, a children’s play space, an undercover BBQ area, a learn-to-ride track, cyclocross stairs and a sandpit, toilets, changerooms and showers, accessible paths and amenities, bins, seats, two water fountains, power e-bike chargers, and a bike wash and repair station.

In addition to these facilities Hammon Park has a 2,634-square-metre lawned events area, which can accommodate temporary staging and structures. There are several smaller grassed areas that can host rows of marquees or stalls.

This space is free to book until 1 August 2025 (please note a bond may still apply to your booking depending on the size of your event).
