Step into history at Ercildoune Homestead! Dating back to 1850, this beautifully restored Victorian Italianate villa is one of the City of Casey’s rare heritage gems. Surrounded by open landscape and playground, the Homestead is now a vibrant community space where locals come together to connect, learn, and celebrate.
Room 2 within the homestead is a great space suitable for up to 3 workers and 4 clients. The room features:

Small table for meetings with seating for up to 4 people

All attendees must follow the Conditions of Hire
Be considerate of others by keeping noise to a minimum
Access
Rooms must only be used between approved hire times
Any space not booked is restricted during your hire including common areas
All bookings must include time for set up, pack up and cleaning
Safety & Capacity:
Follow Council emergency and evacuation procedures
Children under 18 must remain in the room and be supervised
Do not exceed the room’s maximum seated or standing capacity
Alcohol
- No alcohol permitted
Insurance
Public liability insurance (PLI) of $20 million is required for all venue hires. Any third-party contractors you engage, such as caterers, entertainers, equipment suppliers, or other service providers involved in your event, must also provide PLI of $20 million
