There was no signage saying that the shelter I paid for was booked for that period of time, even though I was told there would be. So I had to tell 2 groups to move. Luckily they were ok to do so but it’s just awkward to tell people to move when they think it’s free and have their own events to set up for. Other than that it was a great day.
