About this space
The Garden Cottage is a separate building off the Community Centre and a great space for activities, meetings and art groups. With all facilities, including, kitchenette, access to outdoor area and flexible seating and table arrangements. Please note: this space is not available on weekends for private functions as we have regular hirers using the space.
Please make sure that children are supervised at all times.

Please dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided and recycle where possible

Please ensure lights, heaters and air-conditioners are turned off

Please provide supervision of children at all times
Please return all furniture to original locations and neatly stack all chairs
Please keep front door locked for the duration of your event (weekend and after hour hirers only)

There are a number of ways to get to our venue!
Bus: The venue is a short stroll from stops 37A Bower Road and 36B Bartley Terrace Semaphore Park.
Train: The venue is a 3 minute stroll from the Ethelton train station.
Bike: Bike parking is available onsite
Car: There is free parking available outside the venue on Bower Road, the Early Learning Centre next door or back carpark accessible via Kingfisher Drive.
