Excellent 'Customer Services' despite it being in the 'Holidays'. We reported a perceived problem with the audio-visual system in the Medium Community Room. The staff were onto it straightaway and had it checked out. Further, a staff member even attended the facility along with the hirer (me) to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Amazing response! Gary

Everything was good except for the vacuum cleaner . When the party was over we wanted to use the vacuum cleaner to clean the floor but the plug was broken . Luckily we had a Freind close by and we had to borrow his vacuum to clean the hall .
