Riverside Offsite Venue for Strategy Days, Workshops & Team Meetings
Step out of the office and into a focused, light filled space with Swan River views, and balcony great for fresh air breaks, stand ups and small group work. Set for productivity with Wi‑Fi, projector, large TV, electronic whiteboard, reverse‑cycle A/C, and a domestic kitchen (fridge, oven, sink, wall urn, bench space). On site toilets are located downstairs and public toilets located outside upstairs, there’s plenty of easy free parking, and additional step free access via an external ramp to space to keep your day running smoothly.

Kindly note: This is a professional/community hire venue—no parties or social celebration events. Weekday bookings are prioritised for corporate events and business meetings. Evenings and weekends are primarily used for club activities and community groups.
Public Liability insurance is required for all hires.

Access & Time: Access details provided post‑confirmation. Booking time must include setup/pack‑down. Keep doors closed; use the doorbell for late arrivals.
Capacity: Hall 50; (Balcony 22 max capacity).
Insurance: Public Liability required for commercial/community/public events.
Decor & Care: No attaching items to walls/ceilings. No confetti/glitter. Return furniture to original layout.
Cleaning: Leave as found. Wipe surfaces, spot‑clean, sweep if needed. Remove all items. Take all rubbish. Extra cleaning/damage may be charged
Parking: Use designated bays; keep access and egress clear.
Alcohol: Only with a City of Belmont Liquor Licence and full compliance.
Smoking/Vaping: Not within 10m of AKC facilities.
Prohibited: Open flames/candles, fireworks/pyro, smoke/fog machines, hazardous/illegal items.
Children & Water: Actively supervise, especially on the balcony and near water.
Safety: Emergency assembly point AKC car park. AEDs: bottom of stairs & outside lower glass doors. Bring your own first aid kit.

Airport: Perth Airport is nearby, making this space convenient for interstate travellers and early/late flights.
Public transport: Closest bus stop is a 16‑minute walk — Great Eastern Highway after Fauntleroy Avenue (Stop No. 14487).

Accessibility: Step‑free access available via the outside of the building.
