Every thing was going fine. We were all set up for our committee meeting and then we were told that the room had been booked by the chinese class so we had to shift to the dining room for our committee meeting. This is not the first time this has happened. I was then told that we had the activity room for May and that the chinese class was going to be in the dining room. Would you please get this all sorted because if this continues we will be looking for a new venue next year. Not happy!!!!!!
