Yankalilla Cultural Centre and Library - Meeting Room
About this space
The newly refurbished meeting room is a space suitable for up to 30 people. The table and chair configuration is flexible either seated in rows or up to 5 workshop tables. This space has a mounted smart screen with HDMI connectivity however no laptop provided.
For bookings outside Library opening hours an access card will be issued by the Library for collection 24 hours prior to the booking.

Access to tea and coffee making facilities is by negotiation. Environmentally friendly party supplies are available from the Fleurieu Environment Centre.

Rules
We have a range of community groups, businesses and individuals that use our spaces, and do so in different ways. So to ensure our venues and hire spaces are welcoming, tidy and well cared for, we do have some basic rules to help us all. Additionally we have detailed Terms & Conditions (link below) and these apply to all bookings. Please ensure you take time to read our rules and likewise understand the 'nitty gritty' of our Terms & Conditions.
Here are some house keeping rules to cover the basics :
Remember our spaces are shared, so we require everyone to look after the areas, and leave them suitable for the next hirer
Put chairs back on trolleys.
Leave the space clean and tidy and remove rubbish.
Report any issues to us.
All of our spaces are non-smoking and non-vaping and no alcohol is to be consumed on the premises.
When booking please ensure that setup and pack up time is included.
The building must be vacated no later than 10.30pm.
