About this space
The Yangebup Community Centre offers three flexible spaces for hire, making it a suitable venue for a variety of events and activities. The Main Hall is ideal for large functions such as birthday parties (including 16th–25th birthdays), quiz nights, and school discos, and includes a kitchen with a servery, domestic oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and instant hot water unit. Furniture includes 25 trestle tables and 160 chairs.
The Lesser Hall/Meeting Room is suitable for small meetings or workshops of up to 26 people.
The Children’s Activity Area features access to a fenced outdoor play area and is ideal for children’s parties, small gatherings, and community groups. It includes children’s-sized tables and chairs, along with standard trestle tables and seating.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
Applications are to be made a minimum of 10 days prior to a booking date (exceptions made in extenuating circumstances eg wake), and no more than 12 months in advance. 16th-25th birthday celebrations require four weeks notice;
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time;
