About this space
The Yangebup Community Centre has three spaces available for hire - a large Main Hall space, Lesser Hall/Meeting Room and a Children's Activity Area. The Main Hall size makes the venue ideal for large functions such as birthday parties (including 16th-25th birthday celebrations), quiz nights, school discos or other activities requiring a large floor space.
The Main Hall kitchen has a small servery, and is equipped with a domestic oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and instant hot water unit. There are 25 trestle tables and 160 chairs available.
The Lesser Hall is a space suitable for holding small meetings or workshops of up to 26 people.
The Children's Activity Area has access to a fenced outdoor play area. It is ideal for small meetings, children's activities and parties, or for community groups such as Girl Guides. The CAA is equipped with five children's sized tables (1200 x 600mm) and 14 children's chairs; as well as four standard trestle tables (1800 x 760) and 30 chairs.

Rules
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
Applications are to be made a minimum of 10 days prior to a booking date (exceptions made in extenuating circumstances eg wake), and no more than 12 months in advance. 16th-25th birthday celebrations require four weeks notice;
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time;
