Epping North Scout Hall

Epping North Scout Hall is a newly built facility located in Wollert VIC. We are a non-profit organization that pride ourselves in working with the local youth. Teaching life skills and building confidence using the Scout method. The hall is a great multifunctional space suitable for regular groups or casual meetings and large events. The hall provides modern, clean, and accessible spaces that are ideal for: Community gatherings and groups, dance classes, celebrations, trainings and workshops and so much more.

The hall is 16m x 10m in size with lino flooring and acoustic roof tiles. It has black acoustic pinboards on each wall. The hall can accommodate 100 seated persons or 150 standing. It has a sliding door leading out to the grassed area out front. We can support 20 plastic foldable tables and 100 sturdy plastic chairs which are located in the storage and meeting rooms.

You are more than welcome to decorate provided no holes are made in the walls (use pin boards provided). Do not use heavy tapes, instead consider bluetac or 3M removable strips. All decorations must be removed at the completion of your hire. No glitter or small confetti is to be used.

The kitchenette has a lockable serving window. Comes Complete with an Electric oven with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, 2 sinks, fridge/freezer, metal cutlery, plastic cups and plates, chopping boards, toaster, 2 kettles, pie warmer, and microwave. Limited serving utensils and preparation-style knives so consider supplying these. There is plenty of cupboard storage space available to use during your hire. The floor plan size is 3.9m x 4.2m.

There are separate male and female toilets as well as an ambient toilet/shower room that is wheelchair accessible.

You are welcome to serve alcohol but you need to obtain any permits (including liquor permits) necessary for the proposed use of the venue.

Cleaning equipment is provided. You are expected to leave everything as you found it and book enough time to clean it after your event. All rubbish must be removed. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge to be applied.

NOTE: The hall and meeting room are not available during the school term Mon-Friday 8am-4pm, Mon 5pm-830pm, Tuesday 630pm-930pm.
