The toilets and change rooms were not opened, which caused huge problems as we had more than 100 people attending and were also fitting uniforms. At 2:44 PM, I received a call from Altos saying he was too busy to come open the toilets and changerooms. He mentioned that the patrol was meant to open them, which there were no patrol. To make matters worse, there were numerous homeless people at the ...
