Rules
Please ensure you have read the full “Facility Hire- Terms & Conditions” document to understand your requirements as a hirer.
No smoking within 10metres of the oval perimeter, changeroom and toilet facilities.
No vehicles allowed on turf areas (except emergency vehicles)
No foot traffic is allowed on the cricket wicket area between October and March
All electrical equipment brought on site must be tested and tagged.
The facility must be cleaned up and tidied at the end. If the Oval is not left clean and tidy at the end of any particular use of the Oval by the hirer, the Council may undertake or arrange cleaning and recover its costs of doing so from hirer.
The hirer must not interfere with any buildings, structures, fixtures, fittings, or equipment located or stored on the Premises.
Balls are not to be kicked or handballed within any areas of the Building.
The Oval is irrigated with recycled water and hirers must comply and take all reasonable steps to ensure that its employees, officers, members, contractors and invitees comply, with all risk management plans (and as varied from time to time) relating to the use of recycled water within the Premises.
The use of music systems or amplified sound is only permitted with prior approval from Council.
Dispose of any rubbish in the on-site bins and take any extra rubbish with you
Alcohol consumption can be permitted with Council approval, please refer to the Liquor Licensing information in the Terms & Conditions.
