Rules
To help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all, please take a moment to read and follow the guidelines below when using our studios:
🚫 No rosin or powder on the floors
To protect our sprung flooring, please avoid using rosin, powder, or any substances that may leave residue, including tape for marking.
⏰ Reset the studio & finish on time
Please return the studio to its neutral setup and ensure you're packed up and out by the end of your booking time. Leave the space how you found it - or better!
🎨 No painting or construction in the studio
Our spaces are for creativity – but not for building sets or painting props.
🧰 No nails, staples, screws, or adhesives
Avoid using any fixings on walls, floors, or mirrors – including nails, tape, plastic adhesives, screws, or staples.
📣 Report any issues to staff
If something’s not quite right – we get it! Mistakes happen 👍 Just let our staff know at the time of booking or during your session so we can sort it out quickly and keep the space safe for everyone.

Additional details
TAPAC has a large front carpark managed by Auckland Transport, with rates of $2 per hour or $8 for the day between 8am–5pm. After 5pm, parking in the main lot is free. There’s also free 3-hour parking available on Motions Road. Parents are welcome to park and enjoy a coffee at our bar/café during drop-off or pick-up. Please note that TAPAC’s private carparks are reserved for staff and tutors only.
