Room was not set up, no instructions provided to help us find the access card lock box and the contact person was impossible to get a hold of when we needed help.

Fantastic space and great presentation. Just reiterating for your feedback that the email confirmation information was conflicting regarding parking. We were so lucky that Natalie was available to show me where the lockbox was and took the time to show me into the room, she was an absolute star, what an asset to your company. Would definitely look to hire the space again.
