Step into our Ice Bath Experience in West Leederville, designed for recovery, wellbeing, and mental clarity. Our fully immersive ice baths are maintained at 3–7 degrees, allowing you to plunge for 1–10 minutes. Whether you’re seeking muscle recovery, weight management, stress relief, or better sleep, this space offers the perfect reset.

First-timers and regulars alike can enjoy a facilitated session with our experienced ice bath guides, or choose a self-directed plunge. Just 2–3 minutes can provide a dopamine lift lasting up to 12 hours, along with long-term health benefits.

The space includes access to showers and change facilities, ensuring a clean and comfortable experience. Book solo sessions or bring friends to share the invigorating benefits.

Bathers optional for private sessions; swimwear required for group use.
Maximum plunge time: 10 minutes per session.

Not suitable for those with severe cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, or other contraindicated health issues.
