Hi There, Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. The room and the facility were all good, and everyone was happy that I booked that room. However, there was a double booking for the same room. When I arrived, I found the room open and one family was getting ready for their program to start at 10:00am. According to them, they said they have been using the same room every Sunday for the last 3 years. Fortunately, they agreed to leave the room to us and they will raise the issue with the city of Cannington. And I thank them for their understanding.

Hello, We do sincerely apologise for this double booking. It was due to the bookings now moving to SpacetoCo from our old booking system. Hopefully in the future this will not happen. Thank you for your time in giving feedback, it is very much appreciated.
