The recently opened Fabrik celebrates textile heritage and the history of the Onkaparinga Woollen Mill. The hub has galleries, artist studios, workshop spaces, a museum & retail store. Fabrik weaves together contemporary art practices, local makers, First Nations cultural traditions, & international textile craftsmanship with a full calendar of events, workshops & exhibitions.

The Catering Kitchen
**Please Note the Catering Kitchen is not available as a stand-alone hire. It is only available when hiring other spaces within FABRIK.
A well-equipped, brand new catering kitchen with new appliances, offering a convenient solution for your catering needs, whether you are self-catering or brining in an external caterer. It has a double sink plus an additional single sink, a glass blast washer, dishwasher, stove-top & oven, double door caterers' fridge and a small freezer. Crockery and glassware are available on the premises.

Catering
The Catering Kitchen is available for hire for food prep or catering.
External caterers may be engaged by the hirer.
Cleaning
Spaces must be left as they were found. Rubbish put into bins provided, If excess rubbish then please remove from the premises.
All surfaces should be clean, and floors swept.
Dishes washed or put in the dishwasher.
Alcohol
Alcohol can be served or sold however the appropriate licenses must be obtained from the Office of Business & Consumer Services.
No smoking or vaping
No naked flames
If you set off the fire alarm, there may be a fine if the fire service are called
No Pets
No smoke machine

Free parking available in Lobethal off the main street. Some street parking available.
