A welcoming space with lots of comfy couches, perfect for meditation, networking, and socialising. This area is fully accessible and is air-conditioned.

Rates:

COMMERCIAL - $33 per hr incl GST.

We do provide discounted rates to hirers that are:

CWCB - $20 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'CWCB20' at checkout.
Intending to use charge for an activity where there is community benefit (low cost activites).

GOVERNMENT - $20 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'GOVERNMENT20' at checkout.
Government departments within Australia.

PRIVATE HIRE - $29 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'PRIVATEHIRE29' at checkout.
Private hire use by a community member which does not generate a profit & is not open to the public.

NON PROFIT - $11 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'NONPROFIT11' at checkout.
Groups that do not generate a profit from the intended hire and provide community benefit.

EDUCATION - $20 per hr incl GST. Add the discount code: 'EDUCATION20' at checkout.
Private or state-run education institutes.

Bookings must include set up, pack down and cleaning times.
