Te Nohoanga o Te Mauri – Ngā Ture
Te Nohoanga o Te Mauri is a shared space grounded in respect, trust, and collective wellbeing. By using this space, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Smoke-Free & Substance-Free
This is a smoke-free and vape-free space at all times.
Alcohol and non-prescribed substances are not permitted, unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
2. Care, Cleanliness & Use of the Space
Please leave the space as you found it.
All areas used must be left clean and tidy.
No food, dishes, or rubbish are to be left behind.
Furniture, equipment, and resources must be returned to their original place.
If the space is left dirty or requires additional cleaning, a cleaning fee will be charged.
3. Bookings & Access
Use only the spaces and times you have booked.
Bookings cannot be swapped, transferred, or sublet to another person or organisation.
Do not exceed the maximum number of people permitted in each space.
Allow sufficient time within your booking for set-up and pack-down.
4. Security & Property
Users are responsible for their own belongings.
Te Mauri Ltd is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Report any damage, spills, or issues immediately to staff so they can be addressed safely and promptly.
5. Kaupapa & Our Values
Te Nohoanga o Te Mauri is guided by the values of Whanaungatanga, Manaakitanga, Tikanga, Hauora, and Rangatiratanga.
All users are expected to treat others and the space with respect and care, and to act in ways that support wellbeing and safety. Behaviour that compromises the mana of others or the kaupapa of the space is not acceptable.
Breaches of these rules or booking conditions may result in additional charges, cancellation of bookings, or suspension of future access.

The person or organisation making the booking is responsible for:
