Easy process of viewing the venue. Clear instruction was given on how to collect and return keys. We never had problems with locating the room entrance. All good

The facility suited our requirements very well. However, there were two issues we found. Firstly, the facility was difficult to lock. Security provided us with details on how to resolve a known fault in the system. We believe this fault needs to be fixed asap. The second issue relates to the instant hot water tap. No power seems to be getting to the tap despite the system being switched on and the supply tap under the sink being turned on. If there's a trick to turning it on, please let us know.
