About this space

The Activity Room is designed with an added emphasis on arts and craft, and wellness activities. With a capacity of up to 50 people, it is also suitable for larger meetings.

The room is equipped with a wall mounted TV (HDMI connectivity); Four trestle tables (1800 x 760mm) and 30 stools.

The facility does not provide public Wi-Fi; please ensure you bring your own HDMI cable.

Please note: This room does not have full kitchen facilities. The kitchenette is fitted with sinks, instant boiling water tap, and microwave.

Rules

Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
Applications are to be made a minimum of 10 days prior to a booking date (exceptions made in extenuating circumstances eg wake), and no more than 12 months in advance. 16th-25th birthday celebrations require four weeks notice;
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time;
