Permits must be issued by the Shire of Capel to trade in this space.

Please also refer to the Thoroughfares Local Law Section 6.

Permits may be revoked if the following occurs:

1. Breach of the general conditions of the trading permit

2. Conducted the business in an offensive manner

3. Breached any of the provisions of the ‘Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2016’.

Please note, as per the Policy:
1. All rubbish must be taken with you
2. Not signage allowed other than on the vehicle or trailer.
