Please fill in a Stallholder Application Form and upload it to your booking
Food stall holders may need to supply a certificate of food business registration (available from Council).
Public Liability insurance is required for all stallholders.
By obtaining a permit, it ensures your organisation is the only stallholder on the day in that location therefore maximising your organisations fund raising potential

Rules
Use COVID-19 Rules of Social Distancing.
The Stallholder must have current and adequate public liability insurance.
The stallholder must keep any stall, stand, table or structure specified in a clean and safe condition and in good repair.
The stallholder must maintain the immediate surrounding area in a tidy manner, free from litter, both during and at the close of trading.
All stallholders selling food are required to operate in accordance with the Food Act 2008. Further information can be obtained from the Shire of Toodyay's Requirements for Stallholders.
The stallholder must ensure that all electrical equipment has been tested and tagged as required under the Health (Public Building) Regulations 1992. Double adapters are not permitted, only power-boards with overload protectors are to be used.
All structures including portable tents, cabana's and the like are to be installed as per the manufacturers specifications and secured adequately for wind loads. No smoking

Maximum of 6 bookings per community group per year (to allow fairness)
