About this space
The hall is a beautifully preserved, heritage-listed building in the heart of Toodyay, Western Australia and was originally built in 1899. The building includes two halls: the 60 m2 "Lesser Hall" or "Foyer" (the original 1899 building), and a larger 250 m2 concert-style auditorium with a stage which each may be booked separately.
The space comes with stage, optional kitchen, tables and chairs and other amenities. The hall hosts a variety of performances and community events throughout the year and is available for private bookings. Please note: the Additional Items and charges which are selectable during checkout and the Lesser Hall must be also be booked if access to it is to be guaranteed.
Note: eligibility for discounted bookings will be cross-checked by Shire of Toodyay Booking Officers. Proof of eligibility may be requested.

• The Hirer is responsible for opening and securing the building.
• Keys must be returned on the first day the Shire of Toodyay Administration Centre is open for business following the booking.
• The Hirer does not have the right to hire the Premises to a third party.
• The use of the Hall is limited to the date, times and areas as specified.
• If a portion of the Hall is booked for use, it does not preclude any other area being booked.
• The hall must be left in a clean and tidy state.
• Should alcohol be sold, approval from the Department of Racing and Gaming is required.
• Tables and chairs are not dragged across the floor.
• Tape is not tied, attached or stuck to floors and walls.
• You MUST include set up and pack down time when making your booking.
• You have read and understand all the terms and conditions from the Shire of Toodyay.
