Summary of rules for this space:

  • Please leave the space as you find it by:

    • returning all furniture to original locations and neatly stack chairs

    • disposing of any rubbish in the bins provided and recycle where possible

    • Wiping down surfaces, chairs and whiteboards and sweeping the floor

  • Please provide supervision of children at all times

  • Please keep front door locked for the duration of your event (weekend and after hour hirers only)

  • When leaving the space, ensure:

    • lights, heaters and air-conditioners are turned off

    • exit doors and any windows are secure

  • For after hours and weekend hires, a $500 bond may apply

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 14 days before your booking. After that, cancel and get a 50% refund.
Parking and Public Transport Information

There are a number of ways to get to our venue!

  • Train: We are conveniently located between the Gawler line (Ovingham Station) and the Outer Harbour or Grange line (Brompton Station). Both are a short 15 minute stroll from the centre

  • Bike: Bike parking is available onsite and the venue is a short ride off the Outer Harbour Greenway.

  • Car: The venue is a brief 2 minute walk from unmetered parking on Hawker Street, Green Street and around Ethelbert Square.
