The Best Board Room in Ballajura is equipped with everything you need to host a variety of activities and meetings. Push the tables together to create a collaborative space, as seen in the pictures, or set up a class-room like environment to run a seminar. This space is great for casual meetings, co-working or collaborative work, classes, presentations, craft or gaming clubs, and so much more.
☕️Also equipped with a small kitchenette, so brew a coffee and create the next big thing! (Utensils, crockery and tea/coffee not supplied)
The Room hire includes use of the following:
4 x rectangle (2 seats x 1 seat ) tables, 3 x square (1 seat x 1 seat) tables
18 Chairs
Epson MeetingMate 1460ui interactive projector with HDMI connectivity (HDMI cable not supplied) and smart whiteboard
Free Public WiFi on the Wired2Swan network
Private access from external door (please request this upon booking)
Separate access public toilets/ accessible toilets
Printing, scanning and photocopying is available during Library opening hours (Fees & Charges apply)

This is a Smoke, Vape and Alcohol free space.
Please leave the space in the same condition as you found it.
No animals or pets permitted in the facility, except for registered Guide dogs.
You must not use smoke machines, fog machines, bubble machines, slushy machines and naked flames.
No use of scented candles, oil lamps, essential oils and incense burners is permitted.
Utensils, crockery, tea & coffee are not provided so please bring your own.
