  • No smoking or vaping permitted inside, balcony or around the grounds.

  • Smoking area is at the front entrance away from main door.

  • No alcohol to be brought onto the premises.

  • No Marquees/tents erected without permission

  • Please report any damage straight away

  • Security cameras are operating

100% refund on cancellations up until 7 days before your booking. After that, cancel and get a 80% refund.
