Rules

Conditions of Use

  1. No sub surface stake or pegging of any kind are to be used in the indoor arena due to the nature of the surface.

  2. All manure must be removed from the indoor & placed in the manure pit provided. Please try and remove it as soon as practicable and try not to ride through it.

  3. Lunging – There is to be NO lunging in the indoor under no circumstances! We have a round yard for this purpose.

  4. Tying up - There will be NO tying up of horses to the fencing of the Indoor arena, or to the Grandstand areas.

  5. Loose Horses, Free Jumping or Free Schooling - There is NOT allowed to be ANY loose horses within the Indoor.

  6. No cars are permitted within the Indoor.

  7. The use of jumps & additional arenas is permitted in the indoor but MUST be removed at the conclusion of your booking.

  8. This Indoor code is NOT to be given to other users, and this code will be unique to your booking only.

  9. The terms and conditions as outlined in the Casual User Agreement are to be always adhered to.

  10. Failure to adhere to the above Conditions of use may result in a permanent ban from the use of the grounds.

Additional details

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 3 days before your booking. After that, there are no refunds on cancellation.
Parking and Public Transport Information
  • Park on the car parking surface next to club rooms facing the Indoor Arena or utilise the day yards and walk your horse over to the Indoor Arena
