Our heritage venue is located in the heart of Newcastle city and has been a go-to for locals and tourists for several years. Our upstairs function space has been recently renovated in 2020 and is the perfect blank canvas for any type of function. Our Michelin trained chef/owner, Keith Murray, would be delighted to freshly prepare and cook to your taste any of the dishes on our menu.

We are a beautifully designed cafe and restaurant space on Bolton Street, minutes from Newcastle foreshore in the centre of the bustling city. During the day we serve exceptional coffee and food and our spacious function room upstairs is available for your special event - whether you're planning a corporate function, conference, workshop, baby shower or for hosting a dinner or birthday party!

Book your next event with us for the exclusive use of a beautiful space with variable lighting, air conditioning, and audio system. The space can host from 15 - 80 people for a cocktail event, or 15-70 people for a sit-down dinner.

No smoking, no anti-social behaviour or excessive noise, and the space must be left tidy and clean with tables and chairs reset to their original position.

You could be subject to an additional cleaning fee if you do not clean the venue to the required specifications and any damages or alterations to our room will need to be reimbursed in full by the guest.
