Please read the full Terms and Conditions before making a booking at our community centre. Here is a SUMMARY OF RULES for this space:

• Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance

• No smoking or vaping allowed in the building, outside or within 10 metres of the premises

• Please leave the space as you found it:
  Clean and tidy – wipe down chairs, tables and whiteboards.
  Return furniture and equipment to its original locations and neatly stack all chairs.

• Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided and recycle where possible. Any rubbish that doesn’t fit into the bins must be taken with you.

• Ensure lights, heaters and air-conditioners are turned off.

• Ensure exit doors and any windows are securely locked.

• Children should be supervised at all times.

• Weekend and after hour hirers:
  Keep the front door locked for the duration of your event if it cannot be adequately supervised.
  Arrange a time to collect a key and carry out an induction.
  A $500 bond will apply to your booking.

• Notify the Space Host if any emergencies or incidents of concern occur.

• Our cancellation policy: To receive a full refund, you need to cancel more than 7 days before your booking. If you cancel less than this, you will receive 50% refund unless it’s within 48 hours in which case no refund will be given.
