Unfortunately the booking system is impossible to use whilst travelling not to mention a user unfriendly booking system. At the visitors centre the staff seemed more interested in discussing their days life with other rather than help customers, not interested in helping the customer. On the other hand at the camping ground the staff were great the facilities were adequate. Our experience with t...

The Site & Host were good ,but the process you have to go thru to book is hopeless & stressfull surely theres a better way . Hope you guys take this in a positive way & do something about it , Especially when the RAC park is closed & the other parks are fully booked (as we tried the private park's first)The booking system should open at least the day prior so people have time to organise there travel plans. Also the full park should of been open.

Hi Brett, thank you for letting us know about your experience. This facility is an Emergency Facility for those who find themselves stuck in town with no accommodation; it does not operate as a Caravan Park - hence the 2pm bookings. The rear of the site was closed whilst we worked on building a new pre-bookable facility with 180 sites, to accommodate tourists into the season. This is now open. Thank you for your understanding.

All went ok but had to call the shire regards a password as didn’t appear. Also difficult to do when there’s not a lot of signal before you arrive so unsure if it will be successful.
