The log in process needs to be made in a simpler format.difficult to use for older people.

The worst booking I’ve ever accounted. It does not cater for the less tech savvy and I found it to be not a straight forward process. I am somewhat tech savvy but I was stumped. I spoke to other travelers and they also ( who weren’t older ) and they found it not straight forward either I do recognise the logistics of the size ect but I’m sure there must be a better way.
