It not easy to book sites at all. It was only that I got help from others that I was able to complete it. The site was a bit pricey given i had no water or power. For the elderly, the toilet access were dangerous as the steps were way too high

Hi Allan, we are working on installing a ramp for those trailered toilets. In the meantime, there are bathrooms located at the rear of the ablutions facility that are entry via flat-ground. Our Ningaloo Visitor Centre team are happy to assist anyone who may have troubles with the booking system however we encourage all travelers to please plan ahead, to avoid the need to utilize our Emergency Overflow Facility. The booking system is a joke. We are alllined up waiting for 2pm for a password before we can get it. The toilets and showers although very clean are very old and temporary. Paying $60 a night for this is an absolute rip off. We came from the RAC caravan park paying the same amount for a luxury site. Only came here because the caravan parks are full. Shame on Exmouth Council for taking advantage of tourists. Would have been zero stars but the 2 are for the host as he is doing a great job. Even has to keep an eye out for non payers sneaking in as there were a few!

Hi Paul. Please keep in mind that this is a temporary facility that only operates during peak season, as an Emergency option for travelers. This is not a Caravan Park. Should you wish to stay at a Caravan Park, we encourage you to please pre-plan your trip to ensure that you secure a site with one of our wonderful local parks. Please note that the password is visible on the website from 2pm and can be booked from any location, there is no need to line up at the facility.
