Facilities are okay but expensive for no power or water in an overflow site. The booking process is horrendous. The website allowed us to book in advance for our 2 night stay only to arrive at the site to be told by the caretaker that they would’ve been cancelled. We had to then wait until right on 2pm to attempt to book the same site number again. Our friends booked the adjacent site at the sam...

Hi Tony, we encourage you to please read the first line in the Unpowered Site Description that states; "YOU CANNOT PRE-BOOK THIS FACILITY You may only book on the day you are looking to stay. If you book ahead, your stay will be cancelled and refunded." Unfortunately to allow guests to book up to three nights consecutively, it does open up the possibility of people pre-booking into this three-day period. We hope that guests will read the site information prior to booking to mitigate this.
