The space to co site is hard to navigate. It needs to be looked at. We were able to book on the site the day before arriving . Money was taken out of my account. It was then cancelled by the staff at the information centre. The answer I got was the website states you can only book after 2 on the day of arrival. My answer to that is the site should not allow you to book if that is the case. The dev...

Hi Dianne, please read the site description that states 'YOU CANNOT PRE-BOOK THIS FACILITY. You may only book on the day you are looking to stay. If you book ahead, your stay will be cancelled and refunded.', you must also acknowledge during the booking process that you are only booking for the night ahead, as no pre-bookings are allowed. Powered sites are available to those with a Medical or Mechanical reason to require power, as sites are limited. Wishing you safe travels onward.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The booking system is frustrating, and the male host was incredibly rude and made me feel uncomfortable — yelling at me from a distance on multiple occasions and very hostile. As a young female WA local visiting Exmouth for about the 16th time, I’ve never had such a bad experience with a host…. Walks around like he is running immigration at the airport I would never stay here again!
