Whilst the room and facilities were great. The IT did not work on the day. We were unable to get an internet connection which meant we could not run our Zoom meeting as required. There were no IT personnel on-site that could help us.

Hi Carolyn, sorry to hear about the issues you had. I note that an officer offered our laptop for your use which had internet connection, however you declined. Unfortunately if users bring their own equipment, we cannot guarantee that your laptop settings will be set up as needed at short notice, and as a small Shire, we do not have an on-site IT department. We do appreciate the feedback and hope you have a better experience in future.
