IMPORTANT NOTE - This facility is not staffed. Hirers will need to pick up a hire pack in the week before their booking to allow them access to the building. If a hirer does not pick up their hire pack they will not be able to access the facility.
SpacetoCo is monitored by council staff Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Any booking requests or enquiries received outside of these hours will be responded to the following weekday
This is a fantastic space for all sorts of gatherings, group activities and celebrations. Each booking includes access to a fully equipped kitchen, large hall and a fenced, outdoor play area. The large hall can easily be decorated and arranged to suit your needs with the tables and chairs included.
The hall is located close to a nature reserve and tennis courts, plus it has onsite parking - a perfect spot for your next event.

Rules
Please note - Jumping castles/inflatable devices are not permitted in council facilities.
Security staff and/or a liquor licence may be required for your booking. A staff member will discuss with you prior to verifying your booking.
You are required to have public liability insurance. If you do not upload your own public liability insurance certificate at the time of booking we will add on the $15 public liability risk administration fee when we confirm your booking (if you are eligible).
Please make sure that:
your booking includes set up and clean up time.
the facility is left in a clean and tidy state
you have the appropriate licences and permits for your event
you are mindful of noise levels and keep amplified sound to a minimum
you have read our terms and conditions before placing the booking.
