Great open area that can comfortably host 8-11 people. The staff - Jackie and Jill are accomodating and will check-up. On a day with great weather, the facilities really shine! Toilets and extra seats can be provided on the day, though shade might be a minute issue at times (but that's the sun not the venue). The kitchen has similar resources to a hospitality kitchen with some added bonuses - is clean, well maintained and adequate for baking and cooking together with a group.

We hired this space as an add-on to the Bay Room and I’m glad we did. It was a lovely space for our guests to sit and chat out in the sun
