Return all pews to the exact placements.
Please do not attach anything (including tape and blu-tack) to the walls.
Please ensure the heaters, heat pumps, lights and screens are switched off when you leave.
Please ensure all doors are locked when you leave and alarm re-set.
Do not leave children unsupervised onsite.
You are responsible for the care, maintenance, safety and good management of any equipment you bring onsite. St John’s accepts no responsibility for damages or thefts of gear belonging to the hirer.
Additional details
There is a parking bay at the front of the church; room for 2-3 cars on the front lawn; on the street; and 8 car parks at the rear of the building. We strongly advise hirers not to park in the Pak n Save car parks as these parks are regularly monitored and visitors exceeding the parking times are fined by the Royal Oak mall.
St John’s Church does not accept any responsibility or liability for parking fines incurred in the shopping mall car park during hire of the hall.
